Chordiant provides CRM solutions for a wide range of clients, including financial, retail, and insurance companies.

Challenge

They needed to communicate that most CRM solutions are built unto themselves and then sold to clients. And that the Chordiant custom solutions are specifically designed for their clients to drill down into their own vertical markets.

Solution

We created an eye-stopping visual of a little hat on a large head and messaged to the reader: ”Is yor CRM solution built for you or are you trying to fit within a solution someone’s trying to sell you?” Supported by a funny talking parrots direct mail drop, the campaign ran in a series of trade publications: Internet Retailer, CIO, and Industry Standard, producing good buzz and increased sales activities.
