Kcommerce Sales is a suite of products offered by Inference that provides e-merchandising solutions for e-commerce companies. These products profile each Website visitor, anticipate their needs, and personalize the web content and emails.

Challenge

To highlight Inference’s kCommerce products as the technological tools necessary for e-merchandisers to truly know their e-world customers, the campaign centered on three different personalities with three distinct needs, using humorous and insightful headlines to demonstrate ”You can’t tell a book by its cover.”

Solution

With eye-catching vibrant colors, dynamic personalities and bold graphics, the ads separated the kCommerce products from the parent company Inference. Supported by direct mail campaigns, they also delivered the needed stopping power to distinguish them from the cluttered magazine environment of Internet Retailer, Stores Magazine, and I-Marketing News.
