Background

Inference (now part of Egain) produces a variety of comprehensive CRM software for commercial Websites. One such product is K-Commerce Sales.

Challenge

Inference wanted to brand their K-Commerce Sales product as a separate entity from the parent company by focusing awareness on the productís suite of powerful tools to better capture their target audience of younger product and marketing managers.

Solution

Our design strategy was built around altering the perception of an older company into that of a youthful, vibrant-looking brand. The printed piece captured this youthful culture with images oriented around lifestyle activities of the audience, and setting the tone and pace for the companion Web site and advertising campaign. Within a short period of time, the brand awareness of K-Commerce Sales surpassed that of the parent company.
